Login to the email you have just entered, I have just sent you a mail. That mail contains a link where you can gain access to the Blueprint "How to Protect Your ad Account Against Disable and Restriction ".  If you don't see the mail in your primary inbox, check promotion folder, spam folder etc. Infact check all the available folders. 

And when you see it drag it to the primary  so you can receive the next one.
